Smart Share Manager
The Maintenance Connection Smart Sharing Manager allows customers to share Reports, Procedures, and KPIs. This feature allows customers who have implemented creative ideas to share their solutions with the broader community. The feature also allows you to extend your system's capabilities by implementing a shared item that has benefited another organization.
Access the Maintenance Connection Smart Share feature:

Select System > Smart Share Manager from the Main Menu.
The Smart Share window opens, displaying reports that have been shared by the community.

The left side of the window provides controls to filter the display of shared items.

The pane at the top-left allows you to filter the results by module (Reports, Procedures, or KPIs).

The pane at the bottom-left allows you to filter the results by categories or groups.

As data is filtered, the right side of the page will update with related items that have been shared. Each item listed displays the item name, description, source company, and date posted for sharing.
Items that have already been installed on your system are marked with a to the left of the item name. Items that are available to be installed are marked with a to the left of the item name.
